To ensure efficiency and proper assistance with your requests, it is necessary for you to address the appropriate department depending on the type of matter to be managed.

Contact for regular booking matters

When you need to communicate or manage something regarding a group of bookings (more than 1 booking) contact our Travel Operations department on:

Anything related to the use of Providers Platform such as:

technical issues in the Platform, questions about how to manage bookings in the Platform, questions regarding the Knowledge Base, feedback...

Contact for commercial and product concerns

If you need to contact Exoticca about commercial, product or quality concerns, you have to communicate with your assigned Crafter and your product team.
Please, contact your crafter via email and include the product team of your area*

e.g.: Service Agreement management, alternative hotels to be added to Service Agreement, remove hotels as alternatives, quotations concerns, itinerary characteristics or changes...

In addition, remember that regarding "stop sales" matters, you can close dates in the platform following this steps: How to close dates out or increase agreed quota

If you need to close a date with special deal or group, to reopen a date or to close a high number of dates, you have to contact also your Crafter for assistance.
