In the Bookings section, where you will find the list of your bookings, you can access each booking information and details by clicking on the loupe icon in the column "actions".

You will see the different sections of the booking you entered:

In addition, you can view a summary of the reservation details at the top. It will be visible at all times.

Conversations

In this manual, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and utilize the Conversations section of the bookings.

In this part of the booking, you will find any important information the Exoticca reservations team needs to let you know and the information you need to share with Exoticca.

Comments left by you or by Exoticca in the booking now function as a conversation. This means that either Exoticca or the provider initiates a conversation by leaving a comment, and the other party can respond to that comment. This way, the conversation is recorded, along with any changes in the status of the conversation.
