






Increase agreed quota
This feature allows you to increase the Agreed Share directly from the Platform.
Go to "My services" and click in "Active Quotations" of the service you need to see all the available departures we have uploaded in our system (Remember you can use filters to find the services you want to edit).

Edit the number of the Agreed Share
Here you can edit the number of the Agreed Share as you need (see next pictures).

Save: new Service Agreement generated
Once you save the change, a new Service Agreement is automatically created including the change you made and a Note with this detail.
With this process, the new Service Agreement is created without any signature, and you could check this new document on the following bookings you will receive.
This changes will appear in our system and in all the products that contain that service.
If you need to revert any process or you need to apply one of these changes in a lot of departure dates, please, contact your Crafter for assistance.

Close dates out
This feature allows you to close dates out directly from the Platform.
Go to "My services" and click on "Active Quotations" of the service you need to see all the available departures we have uploaded in our system (Remember you can use filters to find the services you want to edit).
You have to close the date in each service that you need to stop sales.

Close the date
Here you can close the date you need.
IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER: When you need to close sales for specific nights within a service, it's important to prevent customers from booking stays that include those blocked dates. To do this effectively, you must also consider the days leading up to the blocked period, as bookings made on these days might include the closed nights.
Example:
If you need to close sales for a 5-night service during the period from October 20th to 25th, you should also close sales for arrivals on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th of October. This ensures that no booking can include the night of October 20th.

Save: new Service Agreement generated
Once you save the change, a new Service Agreement is automatically created including the change you made and a Note with this detail.
