






Service Agreement changes approval process
In this guide, you will discover how to efficiently approve changes in a Service Agreement on the platform, streamlining the process and making the management of modifications faster and simpler.
When Exoticca initiates changes in a Service Agreement (after prior communication with you), you will receive a notification both on the platform and via email, informing you of pending approval for the changes.

Notifications of pending Service Agreement approvals
In the platform's notification section, the category "Service Agreements" will display notifications for pending approvals. If the approval request is canceled, you will also receive an email and platform notification.
Upon logging into the platform, you will find a new red icon for pending service approvals in the menu, next to "My Services".

Access to pending Service Agreement approvals
In the "My Services" section, the first service(s) you encounter will be the one with pending approval changes, indicated by a red SA icon (usually blue).

Section(s) requiring approval
Clicking on this red icon will take you to the Service Agreement, where a yellow "warning" icon will highlight the section(s) requiring approval.

Approve and save changes in the Service Agreement
Within each edited section, there will be an "Approve and Save" button. If there are multiple sections with changes, each section will have an "Approve and Next" button, and the last section will have an "Approve and Save" button.

Service Agreement approved and automatically generated
Clicking "Approve and Save" will prompt a pop-up asking, "Are you sure you want to approve the changes?" with "Accept" and "Cancel" options.
Upon accepting, the Service Agreement is approved and automatically generated, linked to future bookings. The red "pending" icon next to "My Services" will disappear.
The newly generated Service Agreement PDF will automatically include a note: "[AUTOMATIC] Changes in the section X approved by the provider on DD/MM/YYYY."
