Link Bookings
Link bookings are those reservations where, even though they have been created separately, passengers are traveling together.
When 2 or more reservations are traveling together, our travel operations team will indicate it on the reservation as soon as the customers communicate it to us.
At that moment, you will receive a notification in the "Others" section in the notifications tab of the platform. This notification will inform you that certain reservations are linked due to passengers traveling together and you can access the reservation from the link in the notification.
If a linked booking is removed and the reservations are no longer linked, you will also receive a notification to inform you.
We understand that it may not always be guaranteed that passengers will travel together at all times (e.g., staying in the same hotels, traveling together in transfers, etc.).
However, we acknowledge that our partners always strive to make this happen.
Link booking indication
Upon accessing each linked reservation, you will notice at the top the locator numbers linked to this reservation and traveling together. These locator codes are clickable, and by clicking on them, you will be directed to the other linked reservations.
Link bookings Icon in My Bookings section
In the list of bookings in the "My Bookings" section, you will see an icon next to those reservations that are linked with others.
This icon serves as a visual indication that the reservation is linked with others.
