Arrivals Section
The Arrivals section is designed to support and provide greater control over the meet and greet process for our clients upon their arrival at the airport. This phase is crucial to their journey, as any issues here can significantly impact their overall travel experience. To achieve a high percentage of successful pick-ups upon client arrivals, we developed this section, together with the Drivers App we will see later.
In this section, you will find all client arrivals at your destination. You can view a list that includes:
Principal passenger information
Booking reference
Flight details (arrival date, arrival time, airport, flight number)
Driver status (status of the pickup)
Hotel for client drop-off
Contact information
Arrivals Section Filters
You can filter and sort the list by the clients' arrival date, and you can also extract the list for a range of dates using the switch button.
Additionally, you can filter by Pickup status and Exoticca locator.
Generating Links for Drivers
From this section, you can generate a link and send it to your drivers, so they will have the real-time information of the bookings and corresponding pickups, and they will be able to update the pickup status to be reflected in the providers platform (Arrival section).
You have 2 different options to generate these links:
Generating a link for a single booking: In the “Actions” part of the list of arrivals, In the “Actions” section of the arrivals list, click on the first icon to generate a link specifically for that booking's pickup. This link will display information only for that particular booking (see second picture).
You can copy and paste this link to share it with your driver via your preferred method (WhatsApp, email, etc.).
Generating Links for Drivers
By selecting several, or all arrivals, you can generate a link using the "Share pickup details" button and send it to your drivers.
Other Actions in Arrivals Section
In the Actions part, you can use the second icon to access the meet and greet details of the booking.
The third icon will show you a history of the pickup status changes for the booking. Please note that the times are displayed in both the flight's local time and UTC. (see second picture).
